PC Ratio Being Too Bullish

Good find.

Yeah, that sticks out like a sore thumb. Normally you see a number like that capping a multi-week rally, not the first day of a rally attempt! As of noon EST, Nasdaq volume was 850 million shares compared with 817 million shares the same time yesterday. This puts the Nasdaq on a pace for just over 1.8 billion shares. Watch to see if the pace of volume dwindles on the rally too.

Microsoft said there are signs the economy is turning up. All it takes is a Juniper to say it's not. Perhaps GE will say something which rattles the markets. Ciena is another key tech which reports early next week, along with Intel.

But with the low excessively low put-call ratio, looking to short very soon.

One wonders if the Microsoft news artificially created an air pocket that will lead to greater selling in the next couple days.
