IMHO either the numbers in the Form D are a mistake because it was copied from another Form D (much in those documents was copied from other documents and is incorrect) OR those were the correct numbers on March 3, 1999, the date the Form D was filled out by the attorney for them, but they are not the correct numbers now, OR those numbers in the Form D and private placement are correct, and as Ricky would say to Lucy, the company "has some 'splainin' to do."
