Personally, I'd feel much more comfortable with a ring around the US of ABM's....Until the OBL's, Saddam's, Kim -NK's, and all the etc are gone, we will have to have some protection.
And you know, funny thing, after I went out after Sept 11th to get "disaster" type equipment, I felt better. There is so little we can actually do right now, as citizens, that just doing that felt constructive. As I said, every area in the country has weather disasters from time to time, and one never knows when one will need some what I call, "heavy duty camping gear"....Duct tape and tin foil of course is a metaphor.
