and dont forget teenage amy carter who warned us of nuclear proliferation. In a two power world, she was the visionary on this subject. I remember laughing when i heard that not because it doesnt worry me but because i had confidence in the stability of the superpower world.I dont laugh about proliferation anymore. Bring back the USSR.
