David, I appreciate your interesting viewpoint and I certainly agree that nothing Mr. Gates does should be taken lightly. As to the horsepower-- you can drive VxWorks all day on the energy it takes to get CE out of the garage. Alas, I think you're exactly right about the peasant farmers in China. I hereby concede all the embedded system requirements of Chinese peasant farmers to Microsoft.(With the piracy rate existing there, that amounts to one free download!) Do keep Alan stimulated,though!
