That twerp is out as soon as his tribe votes. The only way he can stay is if he wins immunity during the merge (not happening) or if he aligns himself with the two new castaways (at a merge) so three are joined. However, its only a matter of time before he gets kicked out. Only reason for him to stay is if the powers that be want him there for a final two because they know everyone else hates him.
