There have been a lot of complaints that the Homeland Security Department hasn't done enough to protect America and I do agree that more can be done. M~~ The speech I heard a couple of weeks ago by the head of Homeland Security in this state mentioned that the funds weren't appropriated for sometime after the request from the White House. They are just now starting to dribble in.... Again, thank you Congress....<not smiling in any way>
