You are getting closer. There are none so blind as those that cannot see - and that would seem to include many people on this thread . I had intended to elaborate on my last post in respect of the claim dispute but as there appeared to be no interest I have decided to let it pass. Too many Neros practicing on their fiddles and seemingly unaware that the burning may have already commenced. All will not be lost but the city will be reshaped with consequent reratings of values for some. Remember financial genius is a short memory in a rising trend. Enough for today Yanker
