Cowen and company just downgraded Ascend. The piling on has really begun now. I think if I were a Cowen and Company customer I would wonder why the stock was a Buy at 60 and the following 20 points down and a sell at 40. Unfortunately it is manageing to drive the stock off its highs of the morning. Raelly makes you wonder why anyone listens to these guys.
