Tony, your comment is right on target. Because the stock prices of the semis have fallen, people assume THAT represents some sort of "cyclical low", when of course the cycle the cyclical stocks respond to is their business cycle. So the companies' businesses still have shown no sign of weakness, but everyone thinks we are "at the bottom" because the stocks are down.
