Larry, thanks for pointing out the very worst. I fully expect the milestones to easily be met, such as a contract by Jan 27. I have a feeling the company built in plenty of leeway to be sure, before agreeing to the conditions.

I remember when there was so much concern that the company would not be able to obtain financing. When they did, with favorable terms, the accomplishment itself has somehow been twisted into a negative. All I can say is beware of positive news!
