There is no credit stress. Look at 5-year chart. The move up
in Ted spread preceded the bear market in stocks this time.
The sharp spike in September 2008 called October crash. While
it moved from 16 in September to 26 now, this is nothing
to write home about, this is the range where Ted spread
historically traded prior to the crisis.
