Fair comment Lynn, I, unfortunately, am not based in your part of the globe, so don't have much feel for US sales statistics in the consumer arena... I am sure The RudeDog has some input here. I am pretty sure that the percentage of consumer business in relation to enterprise and commercial business, (not through the retailers like Best Buy, CompUSA etcetera), is substantially greater. I suppose that pre- and post- sales service in every arena is very important. I know that I recently purchased a make of vehicle that I had not considered just because the guys selling what I really wanted had no idea about sales service... Nice day yesterday. Congratulations to "The Patient Longs". H
