Corrigan represents today's rightwing dishonesty to a tee. But she's nothing unusual. Tune into Hannity or Limbaugh and you can hear the lies and distortions all day long. That's been going on for many years. They started the lying and since it resulted in a few victories for them they're not stoping now. The way the rightwing sees it is that if they tell the truth, they admit 1000 lies and they lose, so they must keep on lying and staying away from real issues.
