You're absolutely right. That is what I'm saying. It is irrevelent as to whether or not the law suit is frivolous. (and I believe it is)

It puts pressure on BXM, nevertheless. I can't see any wrong in the
way Walsh handled the matter. I guess no one is immune to frivolous
lawsuits. The point is: The lawsuit is there and it is being used
by the Indo gov't.
