To all on board: I looked up insider sales and registrations for this last week ending 4/4/97 There were NO new sales, and NO new form 144 filed. For the last month -- MARCH 1997 There were NO insider sales There were registrations 5 by unknown people (U) 7 by None ( only found on 144 filings - some unregistered shares are not owned by insiders. 3 by Share holders with 10% or more of Co shares (S) 1 by President. ( I believe these were the 50 K shares that have been mentioned by Microcap. They were registered BUT NOT SOLD. So there we are. A Broker has informed my friend that a total (to date ) of only 260K +/- shares have been registered by insiders. Some of these have been sold, as I recall. But it seems that this is a MINUTE quantity out of say 6.5 Mil shares. JUST FOR BOARDS INFO. I'm sure most of you already have this info. MMender
