The main risk to MFL is their slow progress in making the mine. Other companies with discoveries made at about the same time are in production or close to it (e.g. Sauzal). Although the recent news seems to indicate that the mine is going forward, everything is not yet in place. Plus the continued "optimization" of the mining plan is somewhat worrisome. On the other side, if they are bought out, it could be a boon to investors. We'll see.
