*AV*---WFR---

WFR makes silicon wafers, a commodity material, like special mirrors.
MeV stands for MegaVolt in terms of particle accleration. GGNS makes the MeV implanter. This is like a Scanning Electron Microscope.

The guys that make frisbees do not have the expertise, tehnical background, or the manufacturing facilities to make high end 35mm cameras.

WFR sells 2 types of wafers, bulk silicon and bulk silicon with a deposited epi layer. If WFR loses some of its epi sales, they still will be selling the bulk silicon to the same people. MeV does not eliminate the need for bulk silicon, just the bulk silicon with the added epi layer.

It's donkeys and donuts.
