Gary - Re: "I wonder why CPQ didn't get the conversion going sooner?" They had a lot of inventory of older product. That was a result of their older BATCH BUILD business model. Their new Build-To-Order Model will permit them to be more flexible and agile in making big changes in their product makeup. Looks like Michael DELL has been the real innovator here. Paul
