Help:

I registered for IQChart today and after logging in I keep getting the following message whenever I try to retrieve a quote or chart. "Only registered users can access the stock database. Do you want to register?" When I say yes, it takes me to the same registration page, which I already completed.
Is the registration not immediate? Does anybody know why this is happening?
