I have over 400K invested. I have about a 9% dip right now. Thinking of putting money from bonds to S%P and international. I think it may be soon.

But why would you say that? This is about Bush's plan where senior's money would be put into short term government bonds, only young people would be allowed to invest in the stock market. Why would that imply I am not much of an investor?
