You didn't answer the question. If you think the richest 1% of taxpayers paying 40% (39.38% to be exact) of income taxes to be not enough, what percentage do you want it to be? To break into the top 1 percent, a tax return had to have an AGI of $364,657 or more. taxfoundation.org And while I'm at it. Why are liberals addicted to crude marxist ideas about the rich and class warfare? And isn't it weird that the party that preaches class warfare and resentment of the wealthy run people for office who are all extremely wealthy themselves? The Obama's are in the top 1%. The Clinton's have become wealthy. Kerry, Edwards, Gore, Pelosi - all rich as midas. People need to get over this stupid resentment of people who have achieved success. Rich people being rich don't make you or anyone else poorer.
