Bob, furthermore, if indeed there is a $700,000 loan you can bet your bottom dollar it is not a "nice" loan but it assures that if NAMX has indeed something those debt holders will have a good 50% if not much much more of that. We had an argument a short time ago id 1/16 was cheap, and I answered not if it is destined to go to a penny. Unfortunately we are now getting pretty close to that value (I should say valueless) figure. Zeev
