Thanks tc. That did it. The Doug Knox link didn't work for me, but I pasted your command line into 'RUN' and it worked beautifully.

Thanks also to Larry S. and Troutbum for your suggestions. I couldn't get yours to work Larry, because it was seemingly already disabled and the "STOP' button was grayed out. I didn't try yours Troutbum, 'cause tc's looked quicker and less involved<G>.

Again, Thanks to all for helping me get rid of this pest.
