Cleo, Waterhouse is supposed to be fairly responsive, aren't they?? Have you had problems on responsiveness??? I want to know which brokerages to avoid...If they aren't responsive in today's environment, they're worthless--dangerous, actually, because they put you behind the 8-ball vis a vis your competitors...Having said that, I have no experience with Waterhouse, but would like to know what yours is....
