Doesn't look like Norton. Sophos software update...are you tied into a college/Univ network? Google search.... google.com Example:Once that is installed, it will download and install Sophos for your operating system. It will create a new Remote Update Client in the system trap. You can right-click that and select "update" to periodically update your software, or, you can schedule a new system task to run iupdate.exe to update your software.
