OFF RB Just to add my 2 cents about RS, my only experience is with Osicom(fibr). Here's a company that has had every kind of mud thrown at it, (bad management, mafia, products suck, CEO a crook,you name it) One for three split(Aug '98), stock to 2 1/2 bucks. Today fibr is in the area of $140 a share.....So not all RS are the kiss of death. It all comes down to management and financing. "VIPER" {Relax Enjoy}
