Louis, that manipulation might just be correct

Yesterday was pretty rangebound until the last hour or two, so that fact and the unimpressive volume is what made me suspect.

Shorted CIEN AH looking for a decline from JNPR's report, and I got that, but it's too early to tell how long this morning's decline will last. Stochs oversold on the 5 minute $COMPQ now, but on the hourly chart they have a way to go. If my 3 and 6 period moving averages cross, then I'll go short some more
