John, My impression is that Ms. Klauer tried to enhance her stature by making unconventional calls. If one of them hit, she could have challenged Kurlak (who seems, sometimes, to do the same thing). Moving to BT Alex Brown will give her more technical support, and perhaps, she might change her recommendations. I'm not sure that she shilled for Solly's banking business (although that is possible). More likely, she received unusual access to people who gave her bad info (like Jerry). I never met Ms. Klauer, and I have no real information, only supposition. We'll see what happens. Larry
