It's not simply Average down as a matter of fact, It's getting money from panic people and tax loss seller. The whole picture will be totally different in JANUARY, it's time to accumulate, any price I paid doesn't matter too much either it's $0.25 or $0.95 will have no big difference when we count the per share profit in next year.
