IN MY VERY HUMBLE OPINION I researched this stock at $4.50 and I thought it was cheap with nowhere to go but up <:o. Guess what? I'm still long BTW. In July 1996 management turned down an offer at $14. The stock dropped to $4. Earlier this year, they tried to sell and could not find a buy. Management thought they could do a better job and took the company off the market. The stock drop to $2. I'm still on this slow boat, but I am not holding my breath. Hope, (hope is a four letter word) they show some earnings and get a little attention Happy investing, David
