Dear Rudedog: No, I never bought the RDRAM but if I get a P4 seems that is in fact the way to go. I just have a lot of respect (though it has been shaken this past year) for the brainpower at INTC. I cannot fathom why, with all their available brains, they would make a mammoth change (or what should be a mammoth change--I am thinking of the huge numbers of semiconductors in the P4) and it not be for the better. JDN
