t2 -- I would expect it to hold a large portion of gains made on any settlement agreements as we are going into good earnings too. Any bad news would be a great time to bail only to come back,, but doubtful there will be the time. Expect bad news to come afterhours and the open to be even lower than 30 minutes later as those in a panic bail and cooler heads pick up the bargain..
