mmmary, you did say this though: "I do personally believe that astn has scammy elements involved.." What part of ASTN is involved in a scam? Are you saying that ASTN is trying to defraud investors? Is that what you are saying? Are you saying that Fred Rittereiser is a scammy element? What is your definition of scammy element as related to ASTN? And don't forget your original post that the "SEC is suing ASTN." My goodness you were on top of things when you posted that weren't you? Assuming that you still admit to having posted that here on this public message board.
