The SPARC's main strength is similar -- its code base. But the architecture has a lot farther to go before it reaches EOL than does the X86.

JAVA is clearly where it's at. Did you see the recent announcement about AP testing? Do you think people will be coding in C forever?

I'm not a big AMD fan, particularly as an investment, but I do think they're having more technological success lately when measured against Intel than they have in the past. Don't let your love of INTC blind you.
