If we do go on the legal offensive, would a class action suit affect only shares held prior to April 14th? I had averaged down in the hopes that a retraction of the split or some compensation to CVIA share holders before the split would be announced, so I have about a 50/50 split before and after the announcement. Any thoughts? GP PS - I'm still struggling to keep an open mind about all of this, but WOTD is rapidly gaining my emnity.
