This has to be the Swisher of yore:

Message 1409821

I have fond memories of good 'ol Swisher, it was one of my easiest shorts ever. The hardest part was covering once they got delisted. A look at the financials was enough to make one suspect that things were a bit dodgy, but when the stock skyrocketed because people confused it with a hot cigar company IPO, shorting was a no brainer.

I have no knowledge or opinion of the current incarnation (nor do I intend to gain any), but based on ancient history plus the current tangled merger history, I recommend that anyone interested in this company proceed with caution.
