To All: I am a long term bull, however, with the definite change in momentum in the stock, why has only one houses changed its outlook for the stock. Prudential usually is one of the first to upgrade and we have heard nothing from Anacompora about INTEl for a very long time. I believe that a few upgrades including TK would do wonders for the frayed nerves of the investing public and allow the bandits to sell all the INTC stock they have accumulated over the past four months for substantial gain. Why? Why? Why?
