Updates will be forthcoming from John Schmitz and Ken Christian that will elaborate* on PanAmerican BanCorp financials.* Seems that elaborate isn't quite as warm as fuzzy as filing audited financial statements. But then again, this is DISCLOSURE PABN/PRWT style. Why file with the SEC? They can just send a series of unaudited pro forma's and revisions to their web site. Maybe they are about to coin a new term streaming financials. Numbers that change before your very eyes. PABNE here we come.
