I haven't heard MSFT mentioned in this area. With ERP, I don't know if MSFT is on anyone's radar except for Oracle, and that's because of MSFT's SQL Server for the low end database. I really question MSFT's ability to move into the ERP market because the switching costs are so extraordinarily high, and it's really an area where MSFT has no presense. Windows doesn't help them here.

There's been a good debate on the merits of SAP vs. the other ERP cos going on on the Peoplesoft PSFT thread.

Start here (post 3919) and read through at least post 3931 to get most of the arguments - both pro and con on SAP.
