Well Wayne, the anticipated date for the release of the patch of 15th December has come and gone. The latest word that I hear is that it is currently in beta testing and that it may be ready early in January. This whole thing is mighty strange. What do you think of this shorting conspiracy theory? I see the stock was up on thin trading yesterday to $3.375. Is this the beginning of a new rally or just some people buying in anticipation of the patch being released or neither of the above? I also understand that some announcement would soon be made to clear up the questions of the copywrite infringements with Microsoft. I have not heard anything yet. One of the latest reports in PC Week (?) noted that SoftRAM continues to be a top seller but those measurements were taken up to 13 October. I cannot find out how sales have been since that time. It only seems logical that there would be some drop in sales. Here is another question, how are Syncronys' other products doing? It is clear that there are far more questions here than answers. I would sure appreciate any info. you may have to bring me up to speed. Thanks Bill
