You may be right that there are thousands of others who could do the job just as well for less money. On the other hand, there may not be. I don't see too many companies who have created as much value for investors as GNT. I wouldn't fool with a successful operation just because I think some of the officers are being paid too much. I have found very few people who think they are over paid but many people who think anyone who makes more than they do is over paid.
