I am curious about this also. I just saw in SEC - EDGAR a 13D report that Vertical Life Sciences a Limited Partnership now owned like 7% of the stock. I really dont know much about these guys. Care to inform me of why you think a takeover. A quick check on the fundamentals showed they seem to be growing but this is just a cursory analysis.
