Actually, Moody's downgraded Omnipoint's senior notes from B2 to B3. Having said that however, OMPT's price right now looks very attractive because of the recent selloffs. Fundamentally, the company's service looks sound and lucrative. At $18+ per share, it's barely trading above its IPO of $17. The general consensus among analysts right now is that OMPT is a Buy.
