Just wondering if the original company prospectus is on Edgar. I am not to good at navigating around Edgar but I assume that it should be there someplace. The thing that scares me about this one is that a very small brokerage house brought this out and the majors brokerage houses tend to stay away from this type of speculation. Any thoughts on this ?
