i saw 8 insider transactions,
all in august of 96,
all purchases between $27 and $31.

while tracking the stock this morning
looking for my entry point, i noticed
the bid tick up from 18 1/2 to 18 3/4.
then i saw two large blocks go off while
the spread was 18 3/4 to 19 1/8.
27000 sh @ 18 3/4 and
50000 sh @ 18 7/8.
price didnot drop. this is when i
entered my order @ $19. and got filled
on the split.
my info shows 13.7 million outstanding
shares. is this inaccurate ?
