I'm interested in why you think MRV/NBase will be an also-ran: they have modules they're selling as an OEM and they have relationships with Intel, DEC and at least one Japanese mfr. with perhaps more to come. And because they're technologically advanced they represent a good acquisition target for a major co. How about further commentary in light of these factors... Dee Jay
