I searched EDGAR On-line for HZP and got no matches. After reading your post , I went back and searched by company name , Horizon Pharmacies , and found the filings. This is the last news article I found on Yahoo.... From Sept 18th though search.main.yahoo.com Now that I found the filings , I can't find the news you refer to I took a position at the opening anyway , thanks for the heads up. Rob
