I also know little about this company, but I do know this: $50 million is not chump change to Hawthorne or any other investment company. Hawthorne as a new 50 % shareholder is not likely to be satisfied with a 40 cents share price. Some major projects are obviously planned, and this is the vehicle through which Hawthorne has chosen to do them. I am not one to hype a stock, but this a helluva interesting situation!
