EDGAR equivalent would be SEDAR: sedar.com It has links to the BCSC for insider trading reports for VSE listed stocks. I know what you mean about the VSE. FWIW, they are making a concerted effort to clean things up. It's a very speculative market and should be avoided if one doesn't understand the cycles of penny stock promotion. The SEDAR database is fairly new and hopefully in time will equal EDGAR which is an excellent site for the investor.
